Holiday Closures:

 

Thurs. Oct. 31st-Halloween (due to low attendance on this holiday-this is an extra 5th Thurs. of Oct.)

Tues. Nov. 26th-Sat. Nov. 30th - Thanksgiving (the extra 5th Tues. on Oct. 29th, the extra 5th Wed. on Oct. 30th, the extra 5th Thurs. on May 29th, the extra 5th Fri. on Nov. 29th, & the extra 5th Sat. on Nov. 30th make up for this closure).

Fri. Dec. 20th-Jan. 2nd 2025 - Christmas & New Year's (Classes resume on Fri. Jan. 3rd.)

Dec. tuition will be pro-rated for 3 weeks (the extra 5th Fri. that will be given on Fri. Jan. 3rd 2025 and the extra 5th Sat. that will be given on Sat. Mar. 29th 2025 will make up for the missing 3rd Fri. & Sat. in Dec.)

Mon. Jan. 20th-Martin Luther King Jr. (the extra 5th Mon. given on Sept. 30th makes up for this closure).

Mon. May 26th- Memorial Day (the extra 5th Mon. given on March 31st makes up for this closure).

Tues. April 1st-Wed. April 2nd- Beaumont Unified Spring Break -(Please note the correction for these dates).

Last Day of Classes for the 2024-2025 Season: Thurs. June 19th.  The Dress Rehearsal for the End of Year Production of "The Dance of Life 2.0" will be on Fri. June 20th 2025, Shows 1 & 2 will be presented on Sat. June 21st, & Shows 3 & 4 will be presented on Sun. June 22nd 2025.  June Tuition will be pro-rated for 3 weeks (the extra 5th Fri. that will be given on May 30, 2025 & the extra 5th Sat. that will be given on Sat. May 31st will make up for the missing 3rd Fri. & Sat. in June).

Tuition is based on a 4 week month. The extra or 5th lessons given in a month which has 5 Tuesdays, 5 Wednesdays, ext. make up for holiday closures because we do not charge extra for them. Therefore, we do not pro-rate tuition for months in which we close for a holiday.  There are 3 exceptions to this policy. If a student begins after the first class of the month we will pro-rate their 1st month's tuition. Depending on when we are able to secure a theater for our bi-annual production of "The Nutcracker" ballet, we may need to pro-rate for the month of December. Thirdly, depending on the dates of our end if the year production, we may or may not need to pro-rate the tuition for the last month of classes of our 'dance year'.
