& Pumpkin Carve (Oct 24)
Who: Participating SDE Jazz II-and-up dancers.
What: Zombie-themed number at two Beaumont
community events. Costume colors: muted brown, black, tan, beige, gray, or navy; no fake blood. Confirm assigned look and any loaned pieces with the studio.
When: Monster Mash, Oct 17: Studio A dress rehearsal 12:30–1:00 p.m.; arrive at Albert A. Chatigny Sr. Community Center at 1:15 p.m.; perform 1:30 p.m.
When: Pumpkin Carve, Oct 24: Arrive at Noble Creek Park in costume by 6:00 p.m.; perform 6:30 p.m.

Who: SDE/Dance Spectrum Dancers - Cast members in Casts A, B, C, and D
Where: Hemet High School Theater, 41701 Stetson Ave, Hemet, CA 92544.
Showtimes: Cast A — Sat Dec 19 at 1:00 p.m.; B — Sat at 5:30 p.m.; C — Sun Dec 20 at 1:00 p.m.; D — Sun at 5:30 p.m. Dancer call is 45 minutes before the show; volunteer call is one hour before.
Dress rehearsal, Dec 18: Casts A/D 2:30–5:30 p.m.; B/C 6:00–9:00 p.m.
Other dates: Photo sessions Oct 18th, Nov 15th, and Nov 22nd. Keepsake/program orders and payments due Nov 7th. Online ticket sales begin Nov 9th at 10:00 a.m. Confirm current details with the studio.

PDN Triple Threat Workshop
Who: Interested SDE dancers; studio information also lists options for teachers/adults.
What: Musical-theatre intensive with Broadway instructors and a casting-agent opportunity.
Where: DoubleTree by Hilton, Palm Springs.
Registration: Earlier registration and hotel cutoffs have passed; contact the studio about availability.
Fees listed in project information: Triple Threat Intensive $120 under age 7 or $230 age 8+; teacher/Friday $90; longer teacher option $255. Verify the applicable rate before paying.

November 8, 2026
KAR Dance Convention
Who: Mandatory for all SDE members.
What: One-day dance convention and workshop classes.
Where: Riverside Convention Center, Riverside. Meet Mrs. Pearl outside the ballrooms at the studio-announced time.
Registration/payment: The earlier due dates have passed. The studio added unpaid convention fees to the Parent Portal and said balances unpaid by Sept 24 would be in the Sept 25 auto-draft.

Gravit8 Dance Competition
Who: SDE group dances; eligible solos, duets and trios may also enter.
Where: Ontario Convention Center, Ontario.
Form and fees due: Saturday, December 5, 2026. The form prints the wrong weekday; use Saturday as corrected by the page organizer. Project information lists a $25 late fee after the deadline.
Fees listed: Solo $170; duet/trio $80 per dancer; small group/line $75 per dancer; title $35 per solo; Cre8 Improv Challenge $10. Photos and videos are listed as free.

Forms and fees due: January 9, 2027. Project information lists a $25 late fee after the deadline.
Fees listed: Broadway Babies ages 5–6: $160 including observer band; older divisions: $320 convention fee; duet/trio: $90 per dancer. Check the form for your dancer's full charges.

Who: Competition is mandatory for all SDE members
