Raydel Caseres

Raydel Caceres is Cuban-born professional ballet dancer and guest teacher with extensive international performing experience.   Known for his strong classical technique, artistry, musicality, and partnering skills, he brings a supportive, energetic, and inspiring approach to teaching. Raydel has performed leading roles in major theaters across the United States and Europe and enjoys working with dancers of all levels, helping students grow in both confidence and technique.  

Gail De Zon

Gail , at a very young age, was fortunate enough to receive training from some of the world's most renowned teachers including Vitale Fokine and Matt Mattox, the 'Father of American Jazz Dance'.  Gail attended the Boston Conservatory of Music where she began student teaching. She then moved to New York City where she broadened her dance education. In 1975, she and a partner opened a dance studio in Brooklyn, New York which is still in existence today. Gail choreographed for the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parades and Macy's special tap events for the Guiness Book of World Records. She has taught at the prestigious New Jersey School of Ballet as well as at numerous studios in New Jersey, Ohio, and California. Gail was recognized by the National Foundation for the Advancement of the Arts for her teaching and was presented with a certificate of commendation.  In June 2027, she will travel to Brooklyn, NY to celebrate the 50th year anniversary of the dance studio that she co-founded!  Gail is currently teaching  "A Better Brain and Balance" class for three 55 plus communities in the desert area.  

Eliezer Rabelo

Eliezer Rabelo is an international dancer trained at the Espaco Cultural Claudio Santoro and Teatro Americo Alvarez.  His teachers included Ivo Karaguiorgiev (Vaganova & Bournonville), Sharon McCormick (RAD), Jo Anna Hopkins (Cecchetti), and

Allen Desterhaft (Cecchetti). 

He has worked professionally with the following dance companies: Lula Washington Dance Theatre, Lake Arrowhead Classical Company, Project 21, Kin Dance Company, Bale Folklorico do Brasil, Corpo de Danca do Amazonas, and Grupo Espaco de Danca do Amazonas.

Eliezer has taught at various schools including schools in the Clark County School District, Nevada, USA, Olga Kresin Ballet School in Philadelphia, USA, Allegro Escuela de Ballet in Jalisco, Mexico, Lake Arrowhead School of Dance, Lula Washington Dance Theatre, The Studio for Performing Arts Malibu, and the Secretaria de Cultura do Estrado do Amazonas/Centro Cultural Claudio Santoro in Amazona, Brazil. 

He is the Founder and Artistic Director of Cia.Ballet da Barra and 11th Hour Dance Project and the Studio Manager of La Quinta Pilates.  He holds is Pilates Certification with BASI and is a Faculty Assistant with Body Arts and Science International.  He is a Teaching Member of the Cecchetti Council of America and is currently teaching Grade One of the Cecchetti Syllabus for Teachers at Dance Spectrum.  Eliezer’s love of the performing arts extends to vocal performance as well.  He is a countertenor and has performed with In Nomine, Teatro Americo Alvarez, Mormon Choir Amazonas Brasil, Centro Cultural Claudio Santoro-Miscelaneous (Featured as alto in Carpentier’s Te Deun), and Voci Soli. In addition, he has acted in the films Mockmentary (Laura Behr), and Tiny Dancer (Ford Austin).

To add to his list of accomplishments, Eliezer speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish, and some Italian.  We are so pleased to have Eliezer on our teaching staff at Dance Spectrum. 

Pearl D. Wardlow founded Dance Spectrum in 1999 and, along with her amazing staff, has poured into her students in the pass area ever since. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from U.C. Irvine with a Teaching of Dance Emphasis. She continues her training as a teacher currently studying the Cecchetti method and attending teacher workshops. She was a Disney dancer and enjoys imbuing the love of the art of dance to her students and dance family!
